Bespoke Dried Flower Bouquets - Terms & Conditions

Overview

Bracken & Berry offers a range of Bespoke Dried Flower Bouquet designs, made to order in accordance with your individual preferences. To ensure transparency throughout the bespoke design process and help manage expectations, please familiarise yourself with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bespoke Dried Floral Designs Commission Process

Orders for Bespoke Dried Flower Bouquets are placed through Bracken & Berry's online store. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will follow up shortly thereafter to confirm your colour palette preference and any specific requests noted in the Floral Vision box.

The design process begins thereafter, reflecting Bracken & Berry's artistic interpretation unless specific details are agreed upon in writing. If design approval has been requested, we will share images by email for your review. If we do not hear back within two business days, the design will proceed to packaging as shown. If design approval has been waived, we will share reference images by email and proceed directly to packaging, in line with our next-day dispatch promise. See Section 5 for our revisions policy.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing begins at $70.00 based on design size. Full payment is required before design work begins. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal through Bracken & Berry's website.

3. Materials and Availability

Dried flowers are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. If a requested flower or colour is unavailable, we will substitute a similar option unless otherwise instructed. Specific flower requests may incur additional costs and/or time allowance for drying, which will be communicated by email.

4. Timeline

Turnaround time starts once the order is placed. This design is available for next-day dispatch: orders placed by 4pm AWST are sent or collected the following available business day. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday; local delivery and pickup are offered Wednesday to Saturday. If design approval is requested, please allow an additional one to two business days for dispatch, delivery, or pickup. High order volume may cause delays; you will be notified promptly if your order is affected.

5. Revisions

Once the design process has commenced, modifications to your order are not permitted. Upon completion, you will receive images of your design by email. If you have requested design approval, we will wait for your response before proceeding to packaging your order. If required, one adjustment is included at no additional cost, where feasible, covering changes such as repositioning stems or substituting a floral element with an equivalent alternative. Further revisions or extensive modifications that require a design re-make are considered major revisions and will be subject to an additional fee.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds are available only if cancelled within 12 hours of order placement. Completed Bespoke Dried Flower Bouquets are not eligible for returns, refunds, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our shipping carrier, a replacement is possible. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Bespoke Dried Flower Bouquets shipping and delivery options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Shipped via Australia Post, with delivery in 5–10 business days. Free on orders over $100 (excludes vase arrangements and wall hangings).
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional fee, shipped via Australia Post, with delivery in 1–4 business days.
  • Local Pickup: Complimentary, by appointment, Wednesday to Saturday.
  • Local Delivery: Available at an additional fee, hand delivered within 35km, Wednesday to Saturday. Morning or afternoon delivery available at your discretion.

Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Dried florals are packaged with care; slight shedding during transit is normal. Please see our Delivery & Shipping Policy for more information.

8. Care and Liability

Dried floral designs are delicate and should be kept out of direct sunlight, high humidity, and heavy handling. Care instructions will be provided. Bracken & Berry is not liable for damage or fading due to improper care or natural wear over time. Minor shedding or colour variation is expected with dried materials.

9. Intellectual Property

Bracken & Berry retains the right to photograph and use images of your commission for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing. The design remains Bracken & Berry's intellectual property; reproduction for commercial use by the client is prohibited.

10. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear preferences (e.g., colours, aesthetic, occasion) at the time of ordering via the dedicated fields on the product page. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.

11. Force Majeure

Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays or inability to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, Bracken & Berry will notify you and offer a resolution (e.g., a refund).
