 Local Delivery Terms & Conditions

Sender Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide:

• Accurate address and contact details for the recipient.
• Clear delivery instructions to ensure successful order delivery (e.g. gate access code).
• Confirmation that the recipient will be present or confirmation of a safe place to leave the delivery if the recipient will not be in attendance.

Re-deliveries

We may charge an additional delivery fee to re-deliver an order, in the event:

• The address provided is unattended and there is no safe place to leave the item.
• The address details are incorrect.
• The property is inaccessible.
• The delivery is rejected by the recipient.

Our Policy

We aim to deliver to the provided address at the requested date and time. If delivery is not possible, (e.g., due to reasons outlined above in our Terms & Conditions), the driver will wait 5 minutes and attempt to contact the recipient and sender using the provided phone numbers. If contact fails, the delivery will be cancelled, and the item returned to our Morley home studio. 

Upon return, we will contact the sender to organise re-delivery for a later date. Any re-deliveries will be accepted upon payment of an additional delivery fee respective to the relevant delivery zone.

In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil a delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the sender and offer next available delivery or a full refund.
