We aim to delight you with our artisan products. If you are not satisfied, please email hello@brackenandberry.com.au within seven days of receiving your item, including a photo for reference. We will endeavour to resolve your issue promptly.

Australia Post Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@brackenandberry.com.au with a photo within seven days of delivery. Minor shedding of dried or preserved flowers and foliage may occur during transit but should not affect the design's integrity. For significant damage or defects, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost, depending on the issue.

Local Deliveries

We recommend someone be present to receive local deliveries. With consent from the sender or recipient, we may leave the item in a safe location at the provided address if secure. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, noting product descriptions and dimensions. Colours may vary slightly between monitors. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds are available for significantly damaged or defective items, as outlined above, if contacted within seven days of receiving your item. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven business days of approval. We will notify you once the refund is issued.
