Should you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us at hello@brackenandberry.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and include a reference photo. We will endeavour to resolve your issue promptly.
Australia Post Deliveries
- Minor shedding of dried or preserved flowers and foliage is normal during transit and should not impact the overall design.
- If your item arrives with significant damage or defects, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost, based on the situation.
Local Deliveries
- We recommend having someone available to receive your delivery.
- With permission from the sender or recipient, we may leave the item in a secure place at the address provided.

Change of Mind
We encourage careful selection—review product descriptions, dimensions, and note that colours may vary slightly on different screens. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds & Replacements
- Available only for items received significantly damaged or defective, as described above, if reported within 7 days.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. We will email you confirmation once issued.
- No refunds or replacements for items damaged due to use outside our care guidelines (e.g., outdoor placement of wreaths). Please review care instructions before purchase to ensure they are a good fit for your space.
