Overview

Bracken & Berry offers Bespoke Dried Flower Vase Arrangements that are made to order in accordance with your specific requirements. To ensure transparency through the bespoke design process and help manage expectations, please familiarise yourself with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bespoke Dried Floral Designs Commission Process

Orders for Bespoke Dried Flower Vase Arrangements begin with an enquiry form submitted via Bracken & Berry’s website. Following submission, you will receive an email with a quote estimate, including design details, product availability (if applicable), and completion timeline. Upon your acceptance of the finalised quote, an invoice for a non-refundable 25% deposit will be emailed to you. Design work commences only after deposit payment and approval are received. All designs reflect Bracken & Berry’s artistic interpretation unless specific details are agreed upon in writing. Once completed, you will receive an email with images of your vase arrangement for approval. After your confirmation, an invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed. Upon receipt of final payment, your arrangement will be packaged and prepared for local delivery or collection, as specified in your quote.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing begins at $100.00, with tiers based on size, design complexity, and premium ingredients. A quote will be provided before work begins. Upon acceptance of the finalised quote, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to collection or delivery. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal through Bracken & Berry’s website. Late payments may delay delivery.

3. Materials and Availability

Dried flowers are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. If a requested flower or colour is unavailable, a similar option will be substituted unless otherwise instructed. Specific flower requests may incur additional costs and/or time allowance for drying, which will be outlined in the quote.

4. Timeline

Turnaround time starts once the deposit and design approval are received. Please allow up to five business days for your vase arrangement to be ready for delivery or collection. Note that material shortages or high order volume may cause delays, and you will be notified promptly if your commission is affected.

5. Revisions

Once the design process begins, modifications to your vase arrangement are not permitted. Upon completion, you will receive an email with images of your vase arrangement for approval. One minor revision is included at no additional cost, if feasible, covering adjustments such as repositioning stem(s) or substituting one floral element with an equivalent alternative. Further revisions incur a fee, starting at $30.00, quoted upon request. Extensive revisions, including significant changes to shape and size, added volume of floral materials, or alterations to the colour palette, are considered major and subject to additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

For Bespoke Dried Flower Vase Arrangements, the 25% deposit confirms approval of the quote and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you cancel your commission after paying the deposit, the 25% payment is non-refundable, compensating for work completed to date. Completed arrangements are not eligible for returns, refunds, or change of mind. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Bespoke Dried Flower Vase Arrangements Delivery Options:

  • Due to their fragile nature, vase arrangements are not eligible for shipping.
  • Complimentary Local Pickup: By appointment from our Morley home studio.
  • Local Delivery: Available at an additional fee. Hand delivered by Bracken & Berry to addresses within 35km of our Morley home studio. Morning or afternoon delivery available at your discretion.

Important Information:

  • Dried florals are packaged with care; slight shedding during transit is normal.
  • Depending on the dimensions of your vase design, Bracken & Berry reserves the right to amend our Local Delivery fees if a hire vehicle is required to safely transport your design.

8. Care and Liability

Dried floral designs are delicate and should be kept out of direct sunlight, high humidity, and heavy handling. Basic care instructions will be provided. Bracken & Berry is not liable for damage or fading due to improper care or natural wear over time. Minor shedding or colour variation is expected with dried materials.

9. Intellectual Property

Bracken & Berry retains the right to photograph and use images of your commission for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing. The design remains Bracken & Berry’s intellectual property, and reproduction for commercial use by the client is prohibited.

10. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear preferences (e.g., colours, size, occasion) during the initial enquiry or order process. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.

11. Force Majeure

Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays or inability to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, Bracken & Berry will notify you and offer a resolution.
