Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths - Terms & Conditions

Overview

Bracken & Berry offers a range of Bespoke Dried Flower Wreath designs, made to order in accordance with your individual preferences. To ensure transparency throughout the bespoke design process and help manage expectations, please familiarise yourself with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bespoke Dried Floral Designs Commission Process

Orders for Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths are placed through Bracken & Berry's online store. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will follow up shortly thereafter to confirm your design preferences, any availability concerns, and expected completion date. At this stage, you are welcome to share any inspiration images, or simply leave it in our hands.

The design process begins thereafter, reflecting Bracken & Berry's artistic interpretation unless specific details are agreed upon in writing. Once your wreath is complete, we will share images by email for your review prior to dispatch, delivery, or pickup. If we do not hear back within 2 business days, the design will proceed to packaging as shown. See Section 5 for our revisions and remake policy.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing begins at $215.00, with tiers based on size, design complexity, and optional add-ons. Full payment is required before design work begins. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal through Bracken & Berry's website.

3. Materials and Availability

Dried flowers are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. If a requested flower or colour is unavailable, we will substitute a similar option unless otherwise instructed. Specific flower requests may incur additional costs and/or time allowance for drying, which will be communicated by email.

4. Timeline

Turnaround time starts once the order is placed. Please allow up to two weeks for large wreaths, or one week for small wreaths, to be ready for dispatch, delivery, or pickup. Material shortages or high order volume may cause delays; you will be notified promptly if your order is affected.

5. Revisions

Due to the binding process, dried flower wreaths cannot be amended after completion. Once your wreath is complete, we will share images by email for your reference prior to dispatch. If you are dissatisfied with the final design, we offer a full remake for an additional fee:

  • Dried Flower Wreath on a Large Grapevine Base — Remake $100.00
  • Dried Flower Wreath on a Small Grapevine Base — Remake $75.00
  • Dried Flower Wreath on a Small Rattan Hoop Base — Remake $50.00

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds are available only if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Completed Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths are not eligible for returns, refunds, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our shipping carrier, a replacement is possible. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths shipping and delivery options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Shipped via Australia Post, with delivery in 5–10 business days. Free on orders over $100 (excludes vase arrangements and wall hangings).
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional fee, shipped via Australia Post, with delivery in 1–4 business days.
  • Local Pickup: Complimentary, by appointment, Wednesday to Saturday.
  • Local Delivery: Available at an additional fee, hand delivered within 35km, Wednesday to Saturday. Morning or afternoon delivery available at your discretion.

Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Dried florals are packaged with care; slight shedding during transit is normal. Please see our Delivery & Shipping Policy for more information.

8. Care and Liability

Dried floral designs are delicate and should be kept out of direct sunlight, high humidity, and heavy handling. Care instructions will be provided. Bracken & Berry is not liable for damage or fading due to improper care or natural wear over time. Minor shedding or colour variation is expected with dried materials.

9. Intellectual Property

Bracken & Berry retains the right to photograph and use images of your commission for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing. The design remains Bracken & Berry's intellectual property; reproduction for commercial use by the client is prohibited.

10. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear preferences (e.g., colours, aesthetic, occasion) at the time of ordering via the dedicated fields on the product page. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.

11. Force Majeure

Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays or inability to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, Bracken & Berry will notify you and offer a resolution (e.g., a refund).
