Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths Terms & Conditions

Overview

Bracken & Berry offers a range of Bespoke Dried Flower Wreath designs that are made to order in accordance with your specific requirements. To ensure transparency through the bespoke design process and help manage expectations, please familiarise yourself with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bespoke Dried Floral Designs Commission Process

Orders for Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths are placed through Bracken & Berry’s online store. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order, any availability concerns, and an estimated completion timeline. The design process begins thereafter, reflecting Bracken & Berry’s artistic interpretation unless specific details are agreed upon in writing. Once completed, you will receive an email with images of your wreath for approval. Upon your confirmation, your wreath will be packaged and prepared for shipping, local delivery, or collection, as chosen at checkout.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing begins at $215.00, with tiers based on size, design complexity, and optional add-ons. For wreath orders, full payment is required before design work begins. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal through Bracken & Berry’s website.

3. Materials and Availability

Dried flowers are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. If a requested flower or colour is unavailable, a similar option will be substituted unless otherwise instructed. Specific flower requests may incur additional costs and/or time allowance for drying, which will be communicated via email.

4. Timeline

Turnaround time starts once the order is placed. Please allow up to ten business days for your wreath to be ready for despatch, delivery, or collection. Note that material shortages or high order volume may cause delays, and you will be notified promptly if your commission is affected.

5. Revisions

Once the wreath-making process begins, design modifications are not permitted. Upon completion, you will receive an email with images of your wreath for approval. Due to the binding process, bespoke dried flower wreaths cannot be amended after completion. If you are dissatisfied with the final design, we offer a full remake for an additional fee:

Dried Flower Wreath on a Small Rattan Hoop Base Design Remake = $50.00

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds for Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths are available only if cancelled within 24 hours of order purchase. Completed Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths are not eligible for returns, refunds, or change of mind. If the item arrives damaged or defective by our shipping carrier, a replacement is possible. 7. Shipping and Delivery

Bespoke Dried Flower Wreaths Shipping and Delivery Options:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: Shipped via Australia Post, with delivery in 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional fee. Shipped via Australia Post, with delivery in 1-4 business days.
  • Complimentary Local Pickup: By appointment from our Morley home studio.
  • Local Delivery: Available at an additional fee. Hand delivered by Bracken & Berry to addresses within 35km of our Morley home studio. Morning or afternoon delivery available at your discretion.

Important Information:

  • Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Dried florals are packaged with care; slight shedding during transit is normal.

8. Care and Liability

Dried floral designs are delicate and should be kept out of direct sunlight, high humidity, and heavy handling. Basic care instructions will be provided. Bracken & Berry is not liable for damage or fading due to improper care or natural wear over time. Minor shedding or colour variation is expected with dried materials.

9. Intellectual Property

Bracken & Berry retains the right to photograph and use images of your commission for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing. The design remains Bracken & Berry’s intellectual property, and reproduction for commercial use by the client is prohibited.

10. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear preferences (e.g., colours, size, occasion) during the initial enquiry or order process. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.

11. Force Majeure

Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays or inability to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, Bracken & Berry will notify you and offer a resolution (e.g., refund).
