Dried Wedding Florals Terms & Conditions
Overview
Bracken & Berry offers a range of bespoke Dried Wedding Floral designs, each made to order in accordance with your individual preferences. To ensure transparency throughout the design process and help manage expectations, please familiarise yourself with the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
1. Design Process
Orders for Dried Wedding Florals are placed through Bracken & Berry's online store. At the time of purchase, you will be invited to provide your wedding date and share your floral vision, including your preferred aesthetic, colour palette, and any floral preferences, via the dedicated fields on the product page. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a follow-up email confirming your design preferences, wedding date, and estimated completion timeline. At this stage, you are welcome to share inspiration or reference images to further clarify your vision, or simply leave the creative direction in our hands.
The design process begins thereafter, reflecting Bracken & Berry's artistic interpretation unless specific details have been agreed upon in writing. Once complete, you will receive images of your wedding florals by email for approval. Upon confirmation, your order will be packaged and prepared for your nominated delivery method.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is tiered according to product design, complexity, and optional add-ons. Full payment is required before design work commences. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal through the Bracken & Berry website. Bank transfer is available upon request.
3. Materials and Availability
Dried Wedding Florals are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. Where a requested bloom or colour is unavailable, the most suitable alternative will be substituted and you will be advised accordingly by email. Please note that specific floral requests may incur additional costs or require additional time for drying; any such requirements will be communicated in advance.
4. Timeline
Turnaround time commences from the date your order is placed. For orders from the Floral Luxe with Preserved Roses range, please allow a minimum of four weeks for your florals to be ready for dispatch, delivery, or collection. This lead time is necessary to source the highest quality preserved roses from our interstate and overseas suppliers. For all other design ranges, please allow a minimum of fourteen business days. In the event of material shortages or high order volumes, you will be notified promptly of any impact to your order timeline.
5. Revisions
Once the design process has commenced, modifications to your order are not permitted. Upon completion, you will receive images of your designs by email for approval. One minor adjustment is included at no additional cost, where feasible, covering changes such as repositioning a stem or substituting a single floral element with an equivalent alternative. Further revisions are subject to a fee starting from $15.00, quoted upon request. Extensive modifications, including changes to floral selections, size, or colour palette, that require a design re-make are considered major revisions and will be subject to additional charges.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds are available only where an order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Completed Dried Wedding Florals are not eligible for return, refund, or change of mind. Where an item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, a replacement may be arranged. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information.
7. Shipping and Delivery
The following delivery options are available at checkout:
- Complimentary Standard Shipping: Dispatched via Australia Post. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional fee. Dispatched via Australia Post. Estimated delivery 1–4 business days.
- Complimentary Local Pickup: By appointment from our Morley home studio.
- Local Delivery: Available at an additional fee. Hand delivered by Bracken & Berry to addresses within 35km of our Morley home studio. Morning or afternoon delivery windows available.
Please note: Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Dried florals are packaged with care; minor shedding during transit is to be expected. Please refer to our Delivery & Shipping Policy for further information.
8. Care and Liability
Dried floral designs are delicate by nature and should be kept away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and excessive handling. Care instructions will be provided with your order. While dried florals are intended for indoor use, a limited period outdoors, such as a wedding ceremony or reception, is unlikely to have any significant impact on longevity. Bracken & Berry is not liable for damage or fading resulting from prolonged improper care or natural wear over time. Minor shedding and subtle colour variation are inherent characteristics of dried materials and are to be expected.
9. Intellectual Property
Bracken & Berry reserves the right to photograph and use images of your designs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing. All designs remain the intellectual property of Bracken & Berry. Reproduction for commercial purposes by the client is not permitted.
10. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear and accurate preferences, including your wedding date, aesthetic, and colour palette, at the time of ordering via the dedicated fields on the product page. Delays in communication may extend your project timeline.
11. Force Majeure
Bracken & Berry is not liable for delays or inability to fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, Bracken & Berry will notify you promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
