Australia Post Deliveries
For any damage that occurs during transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo attached. Due to the delicate nature of dried and preserved flowers and foliage, some shedding is inevitable during transit; however, it should not impact the integrity of the design. In the case of significant damage, a replacement or refund is possible if contacted within 14 days from the date that the order was received.
Ideally someone should be home to receive a local delivery order. However, if it is safe to do so and consent has been provided by the recipient, we will leave the item in a safe location at the address provided. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur beyond that point.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully and be attentive to the product description, taking note of dimensions. Please also keep in mind that colours can vary slightly between monitors. There is no refund, return, or exchange possible for change of mind.
